We currently have 8 children staying with us at Leo’s Kids Flats, generally staying there with their families. We have 4 floors with 1 kitchen/dining area, 1 living room, 1 store room, 4 bathrooms, and 8 rooms for our Leo’s Kids to stay with their families. Each room has a heater to keep our Leo’s Kids warm. A gas geyser or water heater has also been added so our Leo’s Kids can take a warm shower in the winter.
We are thankful to our kind helper, Kumari, who cleans the common areas regularly, cooks for our families, and helps with other household work.
Our amazing ambassador, Saraswoti, helps with tutoring and moral support.
Our Leo’s Kids Flats community is growing bigger and we currently have 8 children in Leo’s Kids Flats and 5 children outside our flats.
In the flats we have: Sanjay, Minshu, Ram Chandra, Bishu, Sahil, Surbina, and Nawang. Outside the flats we have Ishu, Suryansh, Binod, Prativa, and Jhusang.
Our kids spend most of their time watching television, drawing, reading books, and they love surfing the internet on the iPad as well. They also like playing games like chess, ludo, carom board, flying kites, indoor football (soccer), and basketball, etc.
