Cancer is a merciless thief and we may never understand why anyone has to endure this evil disease, the least of all being innocent and precious children who have barely even begun to live. These brave warriors who overcome struggles every day sometimes come to a point where their bodies are unable to continue fighting.

Our hearts are broken as we share with you that a precious son and amazing young man, Bishal Dhakal, has passed away. We are mourning along with his mom, dad, aunt, and uncle, who have tirelessly cared for and supported Bishal since his diagnosis last fall. .
Sunil has spoken to Bishal’s aunt, and at this incredibly difficult time we are respecting the family’s privacy as this came rather suddenly. We had been in touch with Bishal’s family this week and saw he was doing normal things just a couple days ago.

We cannot begin to express our deepest condolences to this incredible young man’s family and friends. He was such a bright shining light who amazed us with his upbeat personality and brilliant mind. We feel so honored to have gotten to know this exceptional young man over these last couple months and will never forget the mark he left on this world.
