👋Meet 2-year-old Pranisha Lama from Kavre, a picturesque mid-hilly region of Nepal. She is the only child of her parents and currently resides in Bhaktapur with her mother. Unfortunately, her father has been in Saudi Arabia for the past five months.
💐When Pranisha was just 10 months old, she faced a challenging situation as she stopped urinating. Her concerned parents immediately sought medical help at Siddhi Smriti Hospital in Bhaktapur. Despite receiving medication, her condition did not improve.
🎗️Subsequently, she was referred to Kanti Children’s Hospital, where doctors discovered a tumor in her intestine. Pranisha underwent her first surgery at the age of 1 at Kanti Children’s Hospital, followed by a second surgery at Siddhi Smriti Hospital, and a third surgery back at Kanti Children’s Hospital.
❤️Currently, Pranisha frequently experiences leg pain. Despite the hardships, Pranisha has completed six rounds of active treatment and has been maintaining a healthy appetite.
🏡 She and her mother are currently residing outside Leo’s Kid Flat near Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. Pranisha finds joy in playing with dolls, and her spirits remain high.
