After 32 hours of travel from the USA 🇺🇸 through Istanbul to Kathmandu, Nepal 🇳🇵, our family has finally arrived at Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flats. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re thrilled to be here.
Sunil and Kara and our two children had a fantastic time getting to know all the Leo’s Kids fighting cancer and their amazing parents. It’s heartwarming to see the rcourage, warmth, and positivity of these families in the face of such challenges.
At the flats, we met 12 families, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and laughter. There was dancing, singing, playing instruments, and even some carrom board games! It was a beautiful experience, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with each and every one of them. We even had a couple special visitors, Babita, who has helped advocate for Leo’s Kids since day 1, and Dilli Raj, who was our 30th Leo’s Kid, stopped in for a chat!
A special thank you to our donors for their generous support. Your contributions have made a meaningful difference in the lives of these families. Your kindness is truly appreciated!
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey to support and uplift Leo’s Kids battling cancer.
Together, we can make a difference. 💛🎗️
