Donald Bhujel – 75

Meet our 75th newest Leo’s Kid, Donald Bhujel!

👦🏽 4-year-old Donald and his family are from Udayapur, Nepal which is about 8 hours southeast of Kathmandu by car.

🏥 Just 2 weeks after Donald’s 4th birthday he had a fever. At a hospital several hours from home in Biratnagar it was discovered that there was an infection in his chest and a tumor.

🩺 The recommendation to have Donald treated in Delhi, India was not possible because of finances so they brought him to Kanti Children’s for a bone marrow biopsy and tumor biopsy from which the results should be ready mid-February.

🗞 Donald and his parents are staying in our Leo’s Kids K-Flats in Kathmandu. We will keep you updated on Donald’s progress here and on our website.
