6-year-old Sanjip and his parents came to us in February as our 82nd Leo’s Kid. This was toward the end of his active treatment for eye cancer. His parents are farmers in Janakpur (Central Nepal) so they traveled back and forth during most of Sanjip’s treatment.
For the last phase of Sanjip’s treatment they needed to stay nearby for several months so that’s when they came to us for a steady place to stay during the intense daily treatment schedule.
Our handsome little Sanjip returned to his village and will return to Kathmandu throughout maintenance for his medical checkups.
Sanjip was staying with his mom and dad at our Leo’s Kids B-Flats. Sanjip has enjoyed playing games like Jenga with the other Leo’s Kids.
We deeply appreciate those of you who are able to partner with us financially to support these precious children and families either with a one-time donation or a monthly donation. This helps ensure our ability to provide ongoing support to these families in their time of crisis.
