We are overjoyed to announce that our 59th Leo’s Kid, Sandhya Limbu, has completed her cancer treatment! She is our 90th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer. Sandhya, an 8-year-old girl from Taplejung, bravely battled blood cancer and received her treatment at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. During this challenging journey, Sandhya, her brother, her father and her mother, Dillu, who helps us in Leo’s Kids K-Flats, stayed at the Arlene Miskelly Memorial Flat for an incredible 883 days.Sandhya’s strength and perseverance have been an inspiration to us all.
