Celebrating Manjil Rapal, our 64th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!
🌻Our 108th Leo’s Kid, 6-year-old Manjil, has completed his active treatment for blood cancer at Nepal Cancer Hospital and is now in the maintenance phase. He received treatment in Lalitpur for 10 months, during which he completed four rounds of active cancer treatment.
❤️Manjil is happy to be back in his village in Morang, despite the hot weather. He visits a nearby hospital for monthly check-ups and returns to Lalitpur every six months.
🏡During his 194-day stay at Leo’s Kid P-Flat with his mother and cousin, Manjil eagerly awaited reuniting with his one-year-old brother whom he deeply loves and wishes to spend time with.
✏️Before his stay at Leo’s Kid P-Flat, Manjil was in grade 1 but had to take a break from his studies due to health reasons. His medical team has yet to approve him to resume his studies, but he eagerly awaits the day when he can continue. Manjil enjoys watching videos featuring his favorite superhero, Krish.
