Celebrating Jenit, our 34th Leo’s Kid to survive cancer!

9-year-old Jenit Tamang has completed his blood cancer treatment after relapsing. This young boy also had a successful blood marrow transplant in Nepal (a special case exception) and is now back home at Chitwan.

Jenit came as our 72nd Leo’s Kid in December of last year. During his treatment he stayed with his mom in Leo’s Kids P-Flats. He often used to lose his appetite due to treatments so Jenit’s mom was happy to inform us that he has been eating really well.

His mom said that Jenit is planning to carry on with online schooling for a couple years. At home he loves riding a bike and loves playing football.
