Sunil had the opportunity to meet our 142nd Leo’s Kid, Prakash Gharti Magar. Prakash and his mother traveled from Rolpa a few days ago for his follow-up check-up after completing cancer treatment. After undergoing his tests, we’re thrilled to share that everything went well! Prakash is now heading back home, bringing hope and smiles to his family. Many of our Leo’s Kids travel from distant places for regular check-ups—whether monthly, quarterly, or every six months—depending on their treatment schedule. For families like Prakash’s, staying in hotels during these visits isn’t an option due to financial challenges. This is where Leo’s Kids Flats step in, providing a safe and supportive place for them to stay during their journeys.
