Our kids have been waiting for months to visit Dalle Restaurant to try their famously delicious momo dumplings! On Monday, they got their wish! And let’s just be honest, Sunil and I got our wish, too. Not only is our friend, Alok Yonzon, a really friendly and kind man, he has also built an informal restaurant chain around Kathmandu and beyond that has absolutely delicious food and great service!
He took us on a tour of their new spacious central kitchen where they hand prepare 15,000 momo every day! We were impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the commercial kitchen. This location will also be an event center for banquets and gatherings of up to 400 guests.
Dalle Restaurant has generously sponsored a room plus more at Leo’s Kids K-Flats currently occupied by 6-year-old Manjila Bhujel and her parents.
