Let’s extend a heartfelt welcome to our 141st newest Leoβs Kid, 12-year-old Himal Budha! Hailing from Kadechour, Salyan, Himal’s resilience shines as he faces his battle against blood cancer.
π₯ Himal is currently undergoing treatment at Kanti Hospital in Kathmandu, where our dedicated medical team is supporting him every step of the way.
πͺ Himal’s journey began when he was just 4 years old, marked by recurring fevers. After multiple visits to Nepalgunj Hospital, he received a diagnosis of blood cancer. He was then referred to Kanti Hospital in Kathmandu for specialized treatment.
πΌ Himal displayed remarkable strength and courage, recovering after his initial treatment and returning home. However, after 8 years, the cancer resurfaced. As this is the second occurrence, regular cancer treatment is not sufficient; Himal requires a bone marrow transplant. Currently, he is undergoing checkups at Kanti Hospital, continuing his fight with unwavering determination.
π Himal is staying with his family in our outside flats, surrounded by the love and support of his family members. He finds solace and joy in playing mobile video games.
π Your support plays a vital role in Himal’s journey. Together, we can provide him and his family with the hope, strength, and resources they need to overcome this challenge.
