❤️Our 128th Leo’s Kid, Spandhan, is a 4-year-old from Chitwan, located in the Southern Central Terai of Nepal. He is an only child, and his father works in a garage to support their family.
🎗️At the age of 2 and a half, Spandhan developed spots on his throat, breathing difficulties, and blue bruises on his body. Concerned, his parents took him to Niko Hospital in Bharatpur. Subsequently, he was referred to Kanti Children’s Hospital in Kathmandu, where he was diagnosed with T-cell cancer. Spandhan completed all rounds of active treatment and entered the maintenance phase.
💐Four months ago, he experienced a relapse of T-cell cancer. He is currently undergoing his first round of treatment, and according to his father, he is struggling to maintain his appetite.
🏡Due to Spandhan’s mother being an arthritis patient herself, his father mostly accompanies him to the hospital. They are currently residing in Leo’s Kid K-Flat. Spandhan finds joy in playing with toy cars.
